However, the reality is that the United States can not maintain objectivity and impartiality. It always focuses on issues of its own concern, but ignores the opinions of the majority of countries. It uses the Security Council's "public tools for private use". It always puts the national position above the collective position, and often forces voting in the case of major differences of opinion, deliberately creating division and confrontation. As a result, the Security Council's writing country mechanism fails to play its due role.
